More about us

We who run Energetic‑shibari and Seiki Dojo are Peter and Malin. With hundreds of hours of experience leading courses, trainings, and therapeutic processes, we are passionate about sharing the knowledge and insights we’ve gathered along the way. Our work is grounded in presence, energy, and the art of meeting another human beeing at depth — with curiosity, respect, and an open heart.

About Malin

I am driven by a deep wish to help people find grounding, inner balance, and a natural flow in their energy. My journey into yoga began more than ten years ago, after periods of exhaustion led me to discover breathwork and yoga as powerful tools for recovery. Since then, I have completed numerous trainings in yoga and meditation and have also conducted research on yoga within psychiatric care.

Over time, I became increasingly curious about how different forms of embodied practices relate to each other — especially how breath, presence, and conscious exploration can open new layers of self‑understanding. This broadened my perspective on wellbeing, desire, and personal growth, and helped me reconnect with parts of myself that had long been dormant.

Background

Occupational therapist, yoga therapist, meditation teacher, lecturer, and educator. I teach many courses and trainings and am often told that I am a clear and compassionate pedagogue. Professionally, I have primarily worked within mental health, especially with neurodivergent individuals.

Education

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Certified Mediyoga therapist
  • Teacher in Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga
  • Meditation teacher with foundations in Vedanta and Tantra
  • Mindfulness instructor
  • Thai yoga massage practitioner, sound yoga teacher, and gong facilitator

Areas of expertise

Breathwork / Pranayama
The breath is the only autonomic function we can consciously influence. A single sigh or a few deep breaths can shift the body out of stress. I help you reconnect with your breath to find both calm and vitality.

Grounding
When you are grounded, your whole system can relax. Many people — especially women — need a sense of calm to access desire and connection. I guide you toward practices that help you land in yourself and with each other.

Sexuality and Self‑Connection
Reconnecting with your own inner landscape can awaken desire and deepen your relationship with yourself and others. I am passionate about helping people release shame and meet their sexuality with curiosity and acceptance.

About Peter

I am passionate about human connection in all its forms. My personal development journey began many years ago and deepened significantly in 2010 during a transformative course in Tantra. Over time, my path has included many relational and experiential practices that explore presence, boundaries, communication, and emotional attunement. Today, I work with a strong focus on relational awareness, embodied communication, and creating safe spaces for personal and interpersonal growth.

I am a holding, attentive, and intuitive guide. For me, safety is the foundation of all intimate and relational work.

Background

Originally a mechanical engineer, IT consultant, and CEO, I changed careers at age 35 to work with people instead of systems — a decision I am deeply grateful for.

Education

  • Five years at the Scandinavian Gestalt Academy
    • Three years of intensive personal development
    • Two years of professional training as a Gestalt therapist
  • One‑year advanced training as a certified couples and relationship therapist (Humanova)
  • Training in Relational Storytelling — how we share our stories in ways that foster connection and empathy

Areas of Expertise

Communication
Communication is the foundation of all relationships. I help you meet beneath the surface and communicate more honestly, clearly, and compassionately. Together we explore how to move away from unhelpful dynamics and into a more conscious relational dance.

Attachment Patterns
Our early relationships shape how we seek closeness today. I help you understand your attachment strategies and how they influence your current relationships.

Sexuality
I support individuals and couples in exploring their desires with openness and self‑acceptance, beyond shame, norms, and internal barriers.

Kink‑aware Guidance
I have extensive personal and professional experience supporting people who explore non‑traditional expressions of intimacy. I offer a safe, non‑judgmental space for curiosity, learning, and personal growth.

Jealousy
Jealousy can feel overwhelming and isolating. I help you bring it into the light, understand its roots, and work with it in a respectful and constructive way.

Norm‑breaking Relationships
I have long experience working with couples and constellations who live outside traditional norms — including non‑monogamy, tantra‑inspired practices, BDSM‑aware relationships, and LGBTQ+ identities. With us, you don’t need to explain or defend your lifestyle; you are met with openness and respect.
