A one‑day workshop for couples curious to explore their energetic flow through Energetic Shibari
Step into a day designed to awaken presence, curiosity, and the subtle energetic dialogue between you and your partner. In this introductory workshop, you will be guided into the foundations of Energetic Shibari — a slow, conscious meeting where breath, grounding, and mindful touch create a space for connection beyond technique.
This workshop is suitable for curios couples with none or some prior experience with shibari. As long as you want to explore your personal energy flow and the intimate space between the two of you, rope handling will fall into place.
Together we explore how energy moves inside you and between you. Through simple practices, embodied listening, and the art of holding and being held, you learn to meet each other with your whole system — body, breath, emotion, and intention.
We also introduce the rope as an energetic tool.
Using shibari, we explore how the rope can shape presence, deepen focus, and create a shared energetic field. The rope becomes a bridge — not for performance or aesthetics, but for sensing, softening, and discovering new layers of connection. You will learn gentle, accessible forms of tying that support grounding, trust, and attunement.
This workshop will give you the necessary prerequisites to attend the Intertwined Souls: Continuation Shibari Workshop.
